LONDON, 5 June 2026. IMPOSSIBREW is on track to pass £10m in cumulative trading revenue, based on the company’s latest management accounts.
The UK functional alcohol-free beer brand has generated more than £9m in cumulative trading revenue to date after previously raising £2.33m from the crowd. That is nearly £4 of trading revenue for every £1 previously raised.
The milestone follows four years of growth across direct-to-consumer, subscriptions, product development and retail. IMPOSSIBREW has grown from £37k turnover in FY21 to £3.57m in FY25, reached more than 100,000 customers and ranked #4 in the UK Fast Growth Index 2025 for food and drink.
Loss gap narrows as revenue scales
The company’s draft FY25 management accounts also show a narrower loss gap as revenue scaled. FY25 draft net loss was c.£156k, equivalent to c.4.4% of turnover, compared with c.44% at the FY23 peak.
The FY25 figure remains subject to finalisation, but it shows the direction of travel: higher revenue, a larger customer base and a much smaller loss percentage than during the earlier investment peak.
Nearly £4 of trading revenue for every £1 previously raised
IMPOSSIBREW previously raised £2.33m through earlier crowd funding rounds. Since then, the brand has built a larger customer base, expanded its range and grown repeat demand around functional alcohol-free beer brewed with Social Blend™.
The comparison is based on trading revenue in the management accounts. It excludes interest income and investment proceeds.
Growth backed by customers
Customer demand has been central to the story. IMPOSSIBREW has reached more than 100,000 customers and built a direct-to-consumer base around proper beer occasions: after-work beers, weeknights, fridge stock-ups, social plans and nights where people want the ritual of beer while feeling clear tomorrow.
Retail momentum is also building. IMPOSSIBREW became the first functional alcohol-free beer listed by Ocado, with Enhanced Lager and Enhanced Hazy Pale available through the online grocer.

A bigger role for functional alcohol-free beer
IMPOSSIBREW was created for drinkers who want the taste and ritual of beer, with a more complete wind-down feeling through Social Blend™ and lower conventional alcohol intake.
The range now includes Enhanced Lager, Enhanced Hazy Pale and Sicilian Lemon Lager, with formats built for fridge stock-ups, weeknights, social plans and the after-work beer moment.
Approaching £10m
Passing £10m in cumulative trading revenue would mark a major commercial milestone for IMPOSSIBREW and its crowd-backed community. The company has already generated more than £9m and is approaching eight figures in cumulative trading revenue.
That scale gives IMPOSSIBREW a larger base for the next stage of the business: product development, larger production runs, retail expansion and stronger operations.
