OUR DELIVERY POLICY

We use DPD for all orders within Mainland UK.

For all Delivery options, your order must be placed before 12 p.m. Monday to Friday to qualify.

Any item ordered after 12 p.m. at Bank Holidays or the weekend will be processed and dispatched the next working day. Please bear this in mind with our delivery times.

For example: If you place an order after 12 p.m. on Thursday or Friday before 12 p.m. this will be processed and collected by our courier on the Friday and be shipped the following working day. I.E Monday. If you place an order after 12 p.m. on Friday or at the weekend, it will be processed on Monday and then delivered to you on Tuesday.

We aim to process orders the same or next working day, however, please allow up to 5 working days for your UK orders.

Refunds will not be issued in the instance of an order being placed outside the conditions of the delivery parameters stated on the checkout page. If the address is entered incorrect at the time of placing the order, we have the right to reject a refund or replacement order.

 

If your order is not picked up from the pickup shop within seven days, or if it is rejected upon the delivery attempt, or you request to cancel once the order has been picked and packed by our warehouse team, then you will be refunded less £10 due to carrier costs to have the parcel sent back to us.

WHAT TO EXPECT WHEN YOU PLACE AN ORDER

 

As soon as you place an order, you will receive an order confirmation email from IMPOSSIBREW® and you will receive another email when it has been dispatched. Please also check your junk mail if you feel you have not received delivery notification.

 

RETURNS & REFUNDS POLICY

We have a 30-day full return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return. To be eligible for a return, your item must be in a reasonable re-sellable condition. You'll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

To start a return, you can contact us at hello(@)impossibrew.co.uk. If your return is accepted, we'll provide you with our return address and instructions on how to send your package back to us. You will be responsible for arranging and paying for return shipping.

Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

CUSTOMER RESPONSIBILITY FOR ORDER ACCURACY

It is the customer's responsibility to ensure all order details are correct before dispatch, including:

  • Delivery address
  • Product selection and quantities
  • Contact information

We provide multiple safeguards to help you avoid errors:

  1. Second Confirmation Step at Checkout - After entering your details, you'll be asked to review and confirm your complete order information, including your delivery address
  2. Order Confirmation Email - You'll receive an email with your full order details immediately after purchase
  3. Urgent Address Change Form - Available on our website and included as a link in your order confirmation email for address corrections that must be submitted before dispatch

Incorrect Delivery Addresses:

If you provide an incorrect delivery address and your order is dispatched to that address, we cannot be held responsible for non-delivery, loss, or mis-delivery.

Before your order is dispatched, you can:

  • Use our Urgent Address Change submission form (available on our website and in your order confirmation email)
  • Contact us at hello(@)impossibrew.co.uk to request an address correction

After dispatch, we cannot redirect parcels. If your parcel is delivered to an incorrect address that you provided, we are unable to offer a replacement or refund as we have fulfilled our obligation by delivering to the address specified at checkout.

We strongly recommend double-checking your delivery address before completing your purchase and reviewing your order confirmation email immediately after placing your order.


DAMAGES AND ISSUES

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

If we send your order to the wrong address due to our error, or if the item arrives damaged or defective due to shipping, we will provide a full refund or replacement at no cost to you. In these cases, we will also provide a prepaid return label if a return is necessary.


EXCEPTIONS / NON-RETURNABLE ITEMS

Certain types of items cannot be returned, like perishable goods (such as food, flowers, or plants), custom products (such as special orders or personalized items), and personal care goods (such as beauty products). We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.


EXCHANGES

The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.


REFUNDS

We will notify you once we've received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you'll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.

Return shipping costs:

  • Our error (wrong item sent, defective product, our shipping mistake): We provide a prepaid return label at no cost to you
  • Customer error (change of mind, incorrect address provided, wrong item ordered): Customer is responsible for arranging and paying for return shipping
