The Problem Nobody Talks About
Beer was always part of my life. After work. At the pub. Weekends with mates. It was ritual, comfort, and social glue — all in one cold pint.
But my body started pushing back. The hangovers got worse. My sleep was wrecked. My energy, my productivity — everything took a hit. I knew I needed to stop. Or at least cut back. Massively.
So I did what everyone does: I tried the alcohol-free beers.
Every single one was disappointing.
Not just the taste — although most tasted like someone had left a real beer out in the rain. The real problem was deeper. None of them gave you that feeling. That gentle unwind after the first sip. The moment your shoulders drop and the day falls away.
Without that, you're just drinking expensive fizzy water and pretending.
