By minting an IMPOSSIBREW NFT from our smart contract or otherwise acquiring the IMPOSSIBREW NFT through any other legitimate means or method, the Holder receives full and complete ownership, exclusive of commercial rights, to the NFT and the corresponding unique artwork.

The NFT is minted and created on the Solana Blockchain Network (SOL), via Solsea. The NFT holds no commercial value and cannot be resold on a secondary market for any financial gain.

The License the Holder is receiving is solely for the Licensed NFT of IMPOSSIBREW which includes the right to use the Licensed NFT of IMPOSSIBREW and the right to reproduce the Licensed NFT IMPOSSIBREW. The Holder agrees not to use, utilize, portray, advertise, distribute or otherwise market any IMPOSSIBREW NFTs in any project or derivative work that involves hate speech, racism, pornography, or any other illegal or unlawful content.

Upon transfer of the NFT, any ownership rights are immediately transferred to the new Holder.

No refunds shall be issued to any Holder upon a full and complete lawful purchase of any NFT or IMPOSSIBREW. The NFTs cannot be sold commercially.

Lifetime discounts gained from the use of these NFTs are only available for personal, and non-commercial use only. A maximum lifetime aggregate value of £1,000 GBP is available to every NFT and will not be exceeded to ensure EIS Tax Relief eligibility. IMPOSSIBREW LIMITED (the 'company)'s decision on applicability of the discounts and usage of the NFT is final and entirely at the discretion of the company.

Usually, investor rewards are tied and inflexible. Despite often offering long-term value, there is no way for you to transfer ownership of them, where and whenever you want to. NFTs let you do that.

The NFTs will be transferred to you as a QR code to a digital wallet (or sent to your desired wallet) after 1-2 months since the Crowdfunding campaign closes.

We assume that nobody has one and so we'll provide detailed instructions on that to make sure the process is as easy as possible.

While there are typically fees for any transfer of NFTs, we have covered all admin and (blockchain) gas fees to handle the transfer to your desired wallet - so no worries there!
