Trade Sales & Refund Terms and Conditions
Thank you for making a trade order with us. Please read these terms and conditions carefully before making a purchase.
All sales are final. We do not offer refunds or exchanges for change of mind or incorrect purchases. Please ensure that you have selected the correct product and quantity before completing your purchase.
In the event that a product is faulty or damaged, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order. We will provide a replacement or refund for the faulty or damaged product.
Please note that we reserve the right to refuse any order you place with us. We may, in our sole discretion, limit or cancel quantities purchased per person, per household or per order. These restrictions may include orders placed by or under the same customer account, the same credit card, and/or orders that use the same billing and/or shipping address. In the event that we make a change to or cancel an order, we may attempt to notify you by contacting the e-mail and/or billing address/phone number provided at the time the order was made.
Refunds will only be provided in the following circumstances:
- The product is faulty or damaged and cannot be replaced
- The product is not as described on our website
- The product has not been received after 30 days from the date of purchase
Refunds will be processed within 7 days of approval. Please note that refunds will only be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase.
In the event of a refund, please note that we reserve the right to incur transportation and other logistic expenses made as a direct result of the purchase, at cost, to the purchaser.
Orders may be cancelled within 24 hours of purchase, provided products have not yet been dispatched. Please contact us as soon as possible if you wish to cancel your order.
Please allow 2-3 business days for processing and 5-7 business days for shipping. Please refer to your individual invoice quotation for shipping prices.
We operate on a proforma basis unless specified otherwise. Please note that orders will be dispatched only after payment is received.
We make every effort to ensure that our products are in stock and available for purchase. However, in the event that a product is out of stock or unavailable, we will notify you as soon as possible and provide an estimated time of availability.
