Typically, most non-alcoholic beers are made by removing alcohol from full-ABV beer through either heat, vacuum, or using chemicals.
The problem is that when you remove alcohol, you also remove the majority of flavour and aroma.
With RealBrew™, no alcohol has been removed. That means you get to keep all the flavour, all at 0.5% ABV.
Instead of removing alcohol, A lot of low quality non-alcoholic beers typically dilute alcoholic beers with wort (sugary, malty water) - sometimes up to 3-5x for profit.
However, this means that they often taste horrific.
With RealBrew™, we promise never to dilute, or water-down our beers.
This means you'll always get the top-quality beer you deserve. Beer, brewed just like the real thing.
So how do we do this?
RealBrew™ works by combining rapid cryogenic fermentation with nootropic maceration.
We allow the beer to naturally brew and ferment up to 0.5% ABV - and when it gets to that point - then our unique process essentially balances the flavour profile of our nootropic Social Blend™, along with freezing fermentation.
This means that the beer gets to keep all the flavour and aroma, without compromise.
