It was nice. Refreshing but not what i wanted from beer. It just tasted a bit waterdown.
Really good value for money. Tasty lagers and ales, and I love the glass too. I will certainly buy again.
Absolutely delicious, honestly one of the best IPAs I've ever tried. The Social Blend works too. In fact, it works so well that I find myself wishing for an unleaded version for when I just want to drink a couple at lunchtime without an effect. A little dear for a can of beer but I can't stop buying it... and consuming it!
The only way I can try this is to pay £38.50 (including postage) for ten cans, that's £3.85 per can.
I can buy 10 cans of lovely alcohol free Guinness for £11, I'll sick to that.
Enjoyed the beer but there are other AF IPA options that tatse equally as good at a much lower price point. I would buy again if the social blend was removed (didn't do anything for me), and the product focus was a great tasting IPA at a more competitive price.
Seeing all the FB ads for this beer I eventually decided to give it a try.
I am a regular IPA drinker and this one is close, but not quite the same. Still, a refreshing, though expensive alternative.
I have to say, I felt no effects from the 'Social Blend' at all.
… way too expensive.
I’ve tried the Pale Ale and the IPA. Both are good - particularly the IPA. I’m not sure I feel anything much from the “social blend” after drinking 2 or 3 cans but that’s not hugely important. The best feature is the absence of the horrid aftertaste that usually comes with low alcohol beers. Well done Impossibrew. Now it’s time to get real and significantly lower the price. I really do want to drink less alcohol at home and I love ale. But I can’t continue to pay significantly more than I do for real, fully taxed ale.
I am an IPA drinker. I can do lager if it's v cold, and the pale ale is ok, but the IPA should be a baseline offering. The lack of alcohol is noticeable, so adding the stronger flavour makes it a drink in its own class!
One of the best beers Impossibrew have made so far, my only negative is the price!
If you can get the orice down I would never buy anything else!
Stop saying it’s alcohol free when it’s LOW alcohol. It’s 0.5% NOT 0.0%
Yep, it’s pretty darn good & I would recommend it to my friends.
They’re all really good drinks, the best is probably the triple hopped IPA for me, but that’s because I like a beer with a hoppy flavour. I also like the standard IPA it’s a little bit lighter, but still a great drink and I’ve also enjoyed the chocolate stout as well. The lager is maybe a little bit light, but it’s still great as a light beer plenty of full alcohol, lagers have a similar taste profile so I don’t think really you are losing out! I personally don’t necessarily think I get much buzz, but I don’t really care. It’s more about the quality of the drink for me. And none of that zero-alcohol weird, ‘special brew’ tang. It’s only loses a star because the price is quite high and not necessarily accessible for all beer lovers. Also, it would be great to see appearing on draft or at least in cans or bottles in pubs.
The pale has good flavour & is very drinkable. The lager could do with more flavour though it's OK. Both do have a mild buzz/relaxing quality. I'll be ordering more of the pale, and trying out the others.
My initial reaction was that it was watery and lacking something. However, the more I drink it, the more its growing on me. It is quite weak in flavour, but if you make sure its ice cold from the fridge, its a refreshing enough. Im still not sure if i get that beer buzz though.
I returned to buy some more as me and my partner now prefer this to our usual bottled beer. Gutted that it sold out. This really filled a huge gap in the market as everyone seems to do IPA and lagers but none of the Ales even come close
Brilliant beer went to buy more but can only get it in a bundle - why? 🥲
Please make this a regular thing. By far the best thing you’ve produced.
Love this! Tried to order two packs cast reserve amber of 10 but out of stock. Why is this not permanently available
Gutted that this is not in full production yet.
